My work explores the relationships, gestures and shared experiences that shape the human identity of a workplace.

Through a documentary approach, I observe how people work, interact and create together, looking for the moments in which the identity of an organization becomes visible.

Behind every company, institution or project, there are people who make things happen.

Their work, relationships, gestures and the way they inhabit a space reveal something that goes beyond the corporate image:

the human identity of an organization.


Through documentary photography, I observe organizations from within, creating authentic visual narratives of the people, environments and relationships that shape their identity.


From corporate events and conferences to workplaces, backstage and environmental portraits, I photograph what happens when people come together around an idea, a profession or a shared purpose.
